At 9:05 Tuesday morning, we had an unseasonably cold and windy Winston-Salem day ahead of us, a box truck in the way of our camera shot, an American Sign Language interpreter with two very cold hands (a true occupational hazard), and a lot of butterflies in our stomachs for our first tour shoot. Apple plays nice

We’ve been following the details of the upcoming iPhone OS 3.0 software release, and more so the related updates to the Apple App store. Some of the key things that opens up the door for a new and improved user experience for Keen clients include:
- The App store now allow for a subscription model with additional levels/content within an App
- Devices allow for peer-to-peer communication (including integration with third party devices) across Bluetooth and dock
- ~1,000 new API’s, amongst others allowing embedded maps in an App and streaming audio/video through http
- Allowance for push notification in Apps
